  • Confirm, without necessity of any further consent from the applicant, whether or not an evaluation report was issued by Educational Perspectives.
  • You have the right to request that we delete all of your personal data by submitting a Personal Data Removal Request form. Please note: no requests to delete data will be accepted without this form.
