Evaluations for Professional Licensure

Whether you are a qualified professional or a representative of licensing or regulatory body, a credential evaluation will be useful to you in the licensure process.

Are You Seeking Licensure in a Profession?

An evaluation of your non-US education is an important part of your application for licensure in the US. An Educational Perspectives evaluation will help the licensing body to which you are applying determine if your academic and professional qualifications meet the required standards. In most cases, our Course-by-Course Evaluation will be sufficient for your purposes.

If you are seeking licensure in one of the professions listed below, a Subject Analysis Evaluation will be needed.

Important Information for Accounting Applicants

  • Applicants should request our ‘Accounting Subject Analysis’ evaluation report.
  • The fee for this evaluation is $250.
  • The report will be completed in 5-10 business days upon receipt of all necessary documentation.

  • Please make arrangements to have official copies of your educational credentials sent directly to Educational Perspectives by the issuing institution; evaluations for professional licensure in Accounting cannot be prepared on the basis of photocopies of documents or unofficial educational credentials. Be aware that this process may add additional time to the evaluation process – plan accordingly.
  • In order to prepare an evaluation that will be useful to you and your Accountancy board, Educational Perspectives requires that you submit an official syllabus, curriculum, or plan of studies for all postsecondary programs you have completed outside the United States. The syllabus must accurately describe the content of all courses completed for your accounting program and must be contemporary to the time of study for your degree.
  • We do not return or release any official academic documentation sent directly to us by the issuing institution: English translations, curricula, syllabi and academic credentials sent directly to us by the issuing institution become the property of Educational Perspectives.
